3. Shipping Charges

4. Shipping Restrictions

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • Orders returned due to failed delivery may be subject to reshipping fees.

6. Order Tracking

Refund & Return Policy

1. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Vape products, cartridges, disposables

  • Edibles, oils, or consumable items

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We may offer a replacement or refund only if:

  • You receive a damaged product, or

  • You receive an incorrect item

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided.

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging (where applicable).

3. Refund Approval

  • Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time for refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • If a package is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will assist in filing a claim where applicable.
