Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on order size, weight, and destination.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order are legal in their jurisdiction.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, seized, or rejected by customs or local authorities due to local laws or regulations.
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Orders returned due to failed delivery may be subject to reshipping fees.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking information (if available) will be provided via email.
Tracking updates are subject to the courier’s system and may take time to reflect.
Refund & Return Policy
1. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Opened or used products
Vape products, cartridges, disposables
Edibles, oils, or consumable items
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We may offer a replacement or refund only if:
You receive a damaged product, or
You receive an incorrect item
To be eligible:
You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided.
The item must be unused and in original packaging (where applicable).
3. Refund Approval
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time for refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
If a package is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will assist in filing a claim where applicable.
